During this last year and through mutual friends, I discovered Pure 247 Radio. This station is just over a year old but is already making very positive waves. You can find out all about the station at www.pure247radio.org.
After much thought, I had a chat with CEO Andy B and we hit it off straight away. I then had the pleasure of meeting the whole family when they took a wee holiday in Scotland, and a plan was formed.
The great thing about Pure is that it is faith based but not faith biased. So there's a lot of mainstream music on there amongst Christian tunes, but everything is double checked to ensure there's no dodgy language, or anything immoral or illegal being played. This makes it the perfect place for family listening, with a playlist that has something for everyone. It's not just Pure in name, but also Pure in nature.

What's the plan I hear you ask?
Well, from Tuesday 7 January, I'll be taking on the Pure Brunch show from 10am til noon every Tuesday. Pure Brunch will have a different presenter every day to bring some variety whilst not overburdening presenters. It will be the perfect backdrop to your mid mornings!
But prior to that, I'll also be bringing Christmas Day and Boxing Day from Scotland, on each of those days from 3-5pm. We'll have some fun, great music and who knows what else!
As this image suggests, CommunityDan is proud to partner with the Pure Family. That means I'll produce and present the shows and, well, they'll let me!! We have so much in common between us all so this was a perfect match, maybe even a pure match?! Even both our logos are monochrome designs!!
