With over 20 years of experience in running and developing Community and Social Enterprise Projects in Scotland, including many in faith based settings, I am now here to potentially walk alongside you to help with whatever you're doing.

I bring a degree of learning from success and failure alike.  I have experience in start-up, consolidation, development, funding, community auditing, research, mission development, trading, governance, marketing and much more.  And if I can't help you specifically, I can call on the services of a range of contacts who share my passion and will help to get you to where you need to be.

One key element of my support is to understand, and help you stick to, the reason WHY your project or organisation exists.  No matter what development process we work through together, we will never lose sight of WHY this is needed.  But the key is that I'm not here to take over or do everything for you.  Yes I will help, guide and provide a wide range of information and documents as needed, but the aim is to help you, those around you, and your organisation to develop to be exactly what you were designed to be.  I will walk alongside you the whole way with the ultimate aim of knowing that when I walk away, you will be as equipped as needed to maintain momentum.
